SCHOOL EDITS! |
In the past, at a school dance, the BEST WAY to pack a dance floor with appreciative students was to masterfully present a current array of beat-mixed R&B & Hip-Hop (the songs comprising over 90% of the hits on the Pop music charts). The best versions available to the prudent DJ were the radio edits, the same as folks hear on the radio.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Though these versions are featured by popular radio stations, according to school faculty, parents, and we at Music on the Strand, the language and content of much of this music is simply not appropriate for inclusion at school functions. So . . . how does an effective School Disc Jockey please both the students and the grownups?
SCHOOL EDITS! Through a painstaking and time-consuming process, Music on the Strand goes through each segment of every song with a fine-tooth comb. We then creatively edit out everything questionable or undesirable. The resultsqueaky clean versions of the hit songs that still thrill the students but raise no faculty eyebrows!
Music on the Strand conscientiously goes the extra mile to assure your complete satisfaction. We take the students and the DJ business very seriously! Back To Top |
